Returns

To return a product: You must request a Return Note Number before making a return. To obtain a number simply e-mail and request a return: David.mcpherson@fore-resellers.co.uk
Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Garments that have an individual logo cannot be returned unless it is deemed to be a supplier error.

Returns for refund: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Fore-Resellers Terms and Conditions

• Unless agreed in writing Fore-Resellers quotes and contracts shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions.
• Payment Terms are full payment with order
• Orders in excess of £150 will be carriage free
• Fore-Resellers will refund garments returned within 21 days, but will not refund carriage (unless we have delivered incorrectly or the garments are faulty)
• Customers are responsible for returning garments unless incorrect products have been delivered.
• Prices are as quoted on the web site at the time of order.
• Carriage charges quoted on the web site are for UK distribution only. Orders for outside of the UK will incur an additional carriage charge.
• Delivery of goods will normally be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
• Claims for goods received in a damaged condition must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of order.
• Claims for discrepancies in deliveries must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of order.
• Guarantee- all items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
• Fore-Resellers resrves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
• We will accept returns made within 21 days of receipt of order, subject to the goods being unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (subject to manufacturingfault)
• We recommend that you return your goods through the post office using recorded delivery.
• Any garments that have been embellished or personalised cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturing fault.
